About

A Pardubice studio that both builds systems and runs them

We do not deliver a project and walk away. What sets us apart only shows a year after go-live — which is why we describe ourselves with numbers from operation rather than adjectives.

Cabakorp builds and then runs custom business systems — finance, CRM, projects, suppliers and reporting in one system built around one company's processes.

We do not stop at handover: at our main client we have owned the IT process for two years, on a two-week delivery rhythm and across four separated environments. We run development with an AI team, which is how we deliver at a scale that takes a ten-person department elsewhere.

We run our own company on the system we build — the same modules we deliver to clients are what we use daily on our own operation. It is the strictest test of what we sell.

The company acts through its managing director, Ondřej Cabák. Contracts, offers and supplier vetting are signed by him.

How we work

Running a system is a craft, not goodwill

These are the things that have held for two years at our main client. Not promises — arrangements you can check.

Written development standards

Architecture, naming, tests and the release procedure are written down and apply to every project alike. It does not depend on who happens to be at the keyboard.

Separated environments

Development, testing, acceptance and production are four separate worlds. A change is verified before it touches live data.

Two-week rhythm

We deliver on a regular rhythm, not in bursts. Management knows what the next batch brings without having to ask.

Public operational status

Availability of the systems we run is visible publicly — not only from our side.

What we commit to

Four sentences that hold against us as well

A commitment you can enforce is the only kind that is worth anything.

A transparent price

Always excluding and including VAT, phased in person-days. Each phase can be accepted or declined on its own.

The code and the data are yours

Ownership stays with the client. Ending the engagement costs you neither the source code nor the data.

Backward compatibility

A new version does not break what worked yesterday. Changes that cannot avoid it are made with notice and with your knowledge.

Additive migration

The new state is built beside the old one. It is switched over once it passes acceptance — not before, not over a weekend, not blind.

Security and vetting

What we can show a supplier assessment

  • A third-party security audit, most recently in April 2026 — no confirmed finding above CVSS 3.0.
  • Separated environments and a controlled release procedure, evidenced by change history.
  • A named person accountable for the contract and for operation — the company's managing director.

First step

We start with analysis, not code.

A fixed price and a defined output. The specification with acceptance criteria is yours whichever way you decide.
