FAQ

What people ask most

The questions that come up in the first meeting — and the answers you would get there.

What does the initial analysis cost?

The initial analysis has a fixed price — not an estimate and not an hourly rate. We send the exact figure in a written offer, itemised, always excluding and including VAT, with validity and a schedule.

Tell us what you handle manually today and you will have the offer within two working days. Later phases are costed in person-days against the specification the analysis produces — so you know them before anything gets built.

How long before I see something?

The first tangible output is the analysis itself: findings checked against how the operation really runs, a phase plan in person-days, and a specification with acceptance criteria. You have the dates before the first line of code exists.

The pilot follows — the first working version over your biggest bottleneck, not the whole system. The point is that you see results early and can decide whether to go on.

If we end the engagement, who keeps the code and the data?

The source code and the data are yours. That holds from the first step: the output of the initial analysis stays with you even if you build with somebody else.

We do not lock anyone into a platform of our own. The system runs on ordinary technologies, in environments that can be handed to another supplier.

What happens after go-live?

We stay and run it — that is the product, not an extra service. We deliver on a two-week rhythm, keep four separated environments, run daily automated tests over the main processes and publish the operational status.

At our main client this has been running for two years without a break.

Who is this not for?

We are not a cheap website template or an agency for quick campaigns, and we are not an off-the-shelf CRM for a few hundred a month — there are dozens of better options for that.

It makes no sense if you have no repeating processes, no data and fewer than 5–10 people. It makes sense if running the company better saves you hundreds of thousands to millions a year.

How do you handle security and supplier vetting?

We have security verified from outside. The last third-party audit was in April 2026 and ended with no confirmed finding above CVSS 3.0.

For a supplier assessment we can evidence separated environments, a controlled release procedure with change history, and a named person accountable for both the contract and the operation — the company's managing director.

How do you work with AI, and what does it mean for the price?

We run development with an AI team. It is not a feature we sell but the way we work — which is how a small company can carry the scope of an entire business system.

For you it means two things: we deliver at a scale that takes a ten-person department elsewhere, and the analysis is within reach of a company that would never staff an IT department. Responsibility for the result is ours, not a model's.

Can you take over a system built by someone else?

Yes. The analysis then starts with what already runs: what the system does, where the data is, what has to be preserved and what keeps the operation alive.

Migration is additive — the new state is built beside the old one and switched over once it passes acceptance. We hold backward compatibility; a version that would break it is done with notice and with your knowledge.
