What you ask most often

The initial analysis costs CZK 39,000 excl. VAT. The price is fixed, and we agree upfront on what the analysis covers and what you get from us at the end of it. On that basis we then propose the next steps and prepare the scope and price of the development that follows. We price every further phase separately, so you always know in advance what we will do and what it will cost.

The analysis tells us what we will be solving, how the development will proceed and how to plan the individual phases. We then move on to the first working part of the solution. We do not wait until the whole system is finished. We proceed step by step, so you can see results along the way and decide how to continue based on them.

The source code and your data remain yours. If you decide to end the engagement, we hand over everything you need to continue the project yourselves or with another supplier. We take the same approach to the initial analysis itself — its output stays with you regardless of whether you decide to continue development with us.

Our work does not end at go-live. We keep looking after the solution, review it on an ongoing basis and develop it further as needed. We work in regular two-week cycles and continuously verify the important processes with automated tests. So you always have visibility into how the system works and what we are currently working on.

Our solution does not make sense where an off-the-shelf tool or a simple solution without custom development is enough. Likewise, it does not pay off to automate a process that only happens a few times a year at the company. It makes sense once some activities repeat regularly, take up more of people's time than they should, or the existing tools stop being enough for the company. That is when we look for places where a solution of our own can genuinely simplify the work and save money.

Security has been part of our development from the start, and we also have it verified independently. The last third-party security audit took place in April 2026. For a supplier assessment we can evidence our deployment process, the history of changes and the separation of individual environments. At the same time, a specific person is accountable for both the contractual relationship and the operation — the company's managing director.

We use AI as a tool that helps us work faster and more efficiently. That lets a smaller team deliver a larger solution without needing to grow the number of people on the project. For you that means more efficient development and lower costs. We remain accountable for the resulting solution at all times, not AI.

Yes. We first find out how the current system works, where the data is stored, what needs to be preserved and what is worth changing. Based on that we propose the next steps in a way that disrupts normal operation as little as possible. We roll out the new solution gradually and continuously verify the changes. The goal is for you to move to the new system without unnecessary downtime and without losing what already works.
