Starting point
Client information was stored in several different tools. Getting a complete overview meant searching for the data and putting it together every time.
As the number of clients and related work grew, this way of working became increasingly demanding.
What we did
We built a business system where every client has one place for the entire history of the relationship. From sales and offers through consultations and contracts to invoicing, tasks and reported time. The data also flows into finance, reporting and statistics across the company.
We continue to develop Right App together with The Right Guys, adding new parts as their work and requirements change.

In practice
Three years of developing together
Cabakorp built us a system that follows our processes exactly, with all our data in one place, easy to reach and connected. Automation removed the routine work, so we can put our attention where it belongs — on growing the firm and looking after our clients.
Corpus
Cabakorp — internal business system
We created Corpus to manage Cabakorp's everyday operation. It covers clients, projects and suppliers as well as the related finance, contracts, invoicing and reporting. The individual areas are connected, so we have the data we need in context and do not have to search for it in several tools.
It also connects to the Czech data mailbox. We can process incoming messages and documents directly in Corpus and assign them to the related work.
We use Corpus every day and keep adapting it to what we need in practice.

RootKeep
A system for the everyday running of a household
RootKeep was created for the information and responsibilities that are a normal part of family life but often remain scattered across e-mails, apps, documents, calendars and notes.
It connects finance, property, contracts, documents, subscriptions, tasks and other important information according to the person or thing they relate to. For a property, you can find the related insurance; for equipment, its manual or receipt; and for a contract, when it expires.
Instead of wondering where something is stored, you know where to look and how the individual pieces of information relate to one another.

Synapse
Private communication for companies and their teams
We created Synapse for companies that need to keep workplace communication under their own control. It lets teams send messages, share files and make calls securely with end-to-end encryption.
Every company receives its own separate environment, including application servers, a database and encryption infrastructure. Its communication and data therefore remain separate from other organisations.
We also use Synapse for Cabakorp's internal communication, so we know the product not only from development but from running it ourselves.
