We do not try to design the entire system before we understand the problem it needs to solve. Each step builds on the previous one and gradually refines the final solution.

Step 01

Initial analysis

First, we need to understand exactly what the new system has to solve.

What you get: A solution design with a clearly defined scope, priorities and an estimate of the price and development time. It is based on how your company works today and what you need to change.
How the step ends: With a document that can be used to start building. It remains yours whether or not you continue development with us.

Step 02

Pilot

We put the first part of the system into real operation as soon as possible.

What you get: A working part focused on the specific problem we selected together as the priority. It is used by the people whose everyday work it should make easier.
How the step ends: By verifying what worked, what needs adjusting and how to continue.

Step 03

Development

We gradually expand the proven foundation according to the company's needs.

What you get: Further parts of the system that build on what we have already verified. We connect data and work so people do not have to move between isolated tools and the information stays together.
How the step ends: With the agreed scope deployed and ready for everyday use.

Step 04

Operation

Our work does not end at launch.

What you get: Maintenance, operational oversight and further development as your company and its needs change. We incorporate new requirements as they arise.
How long it lasts: For as long as you need us. We look after the system and continue developing it with you.

Initial analysis for CZK 39,000 excl. VAT

You pay a fixed amount for the analysis and know exactly what you will receive. Based on it, we then prepare the scope and price of further development.

CZK 39,000 is the final price of the analysis.
No additional hours or extra work. We agree in advance what is included.
We price each subsequent phase separately.
You can decide step by step based on the results of the previous phase.
The code and your data remain yours.
If our paths ever part, you are not technically dependent on us.

Operation

A system needs care after launch

After launch, we make sure the system runs reliably and continues to develop. We monitor it, release new versions and respond to changes and the company's needs.

Regular updates

New versions continuously

We deploy new features, adjustments and fixes according to the project's current needs. This lets us develop the system gradually without unnecessary waiting.

Safe deployment

We verify changes first

We keep development, testing and live operation separate. This lets us verify every change before it reaches your data and users.

Automated tests

We check that everything keeps working

Where it makes sense, we protect key parts of the system with automated tests so we can catch problems as early as possible.

Operational oversight

We know when something is happening

We monitor the system's availability and condition so we can respond quickly to any problems.

We consider it from the start

We account for security when designing and developing the system, not only once it is finished.

Taking over

Inherited a system from another supplier?

We do not have to start from scratch. First, we find out how the current system works, where its data is stored and what is worth preserving. We plan the transition to disrupt the company's normal operation as little as possible.
