1. Introduction
These Terms of use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Daily Power-up mobile app (the “App”), operated by Cabakorp. By downloading, installing or using the App you agree to these Terms.
2. Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes in line with these Terms.
3. Description of the service
Daily Power-up provides daily micro-challenges aimed at personal development. The App works offline and all data is stored locally on your device.
The App offers a free version and a premium subscription with additional features.
4. Premium subscription
Premium features are available through a monthly subscription. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it
- You can cancel at any time in your Apple account settings
- After cancelling you keep access to premium features until the end of the paid period
- Refunds are governed by Apple App Store rules
5. User data
All your data (progress, streaks, settings) is stored solely on your device. We neither transmit nor back up your data to any server. Uninstalling the App deletes all of it permanently.
6. Limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Loss of data on uninstall or device failure
- Interruptions to the availability of the App
- Any indirect or consequential damage
7. Intellectual property
All content of the App, including texts, graphics, logos and software, is protected by copyright and is the property of Cabakorp. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the App without our written consent.
8. Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the new Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be settled by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
These terms are effective as of 19 January 2025.
